This Site is intended for use by silver bullion dealers and authorized agents only. By making a purchase through this Site, you represent that you are a silver bullion dealer or an authorized agent thereof.

All product information is based on the latest product specifications available at the time of publication. Ag Direct endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information but makes no guarantees or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been confirmed and payment has been processed.

Prices and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made in Rands and are due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of your account.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products as quickly as possible but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or damages during shipping.

Returns and Refunds

All sales of silver bullion are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product received is not as described or is damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Ag Direct or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this Site or products purchased from this Site.
