Returns Policy

At agdirect.co.za (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), owned and operated by Ag Direct. (hereinafter referred to as “Ag Direct”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we aim to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers. This Returns Policy outlines the process and procedures for returning products purchased through our Site.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of silver bullion are generally final. We only accept returns if the product received is not as described on our Site or is damaged upon receipt.

Damage Or Discrepancy Upon Receipt Of Order

If you receive a product that is not as described or is damaged, please contact us at deidre@agdirect.co.za within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may request photos or other evidence of the issue.

Procedure For Returns

Once we have received your claim, we will review it and, if appropriate, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will then be able to return the product to us. Please do not send your purchase back to us without an RMA number.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please ensure that you pack the product securely and that it is fully insured. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at deidre@agdirect.co.za
